Sales person was great, helped pick out a washing machine and gave us options as far as warranty. Selection was very good, but I'm use to a box with a draw for under washing machines for storage and raising the machines, be it a washer or dryer. They simply don't offer them here like they do back in the Boston area.

Terrible customer experience in store… Terrible customer experience in store and their customer services telephone call centre, I made a purchase online to collect in the store and upon arrival the store stated they could not hand over the goods because they had not received confirmation that I made the payment by card visa. Having to phone customer service total waste of time. Then the shop manager said that one of my orders was going to be refunded and if I wanted it would need to pay in store of which I declined as I hadn't received that in confirmation. Upon speaking again to customers services they won't aware of any refund. After a long while 2 hours I could now collect so when I returned to the store I asked the floor manager how did he know of a refund when the online customer services didn't know I just got abuse back, had I paid what he wanted would have ended up out of pocket. Personally I don't recommend this shop and won't be shopping here again.

Deplorable ! We bought a computer for 1600 euros, first the seller cleaned it with a bad product which degraded the screen. Then after one day the computer was turning off every 10 minutes, impossible for me to work with it, so we decided to get a refund. The person tells us that it is written in very small letters that we cannot get a refund for computers, whereas they sold us a computer that didn't work. This store is clearly to be avoided, I won't be buying anything from it anymore.

Unpleasant to shop in, looks and feels dated and impersonal. Not the best prices or goods variety either. May be fine if you spot the occasional bargain otherwise go somewhere else.
