Pas sérieux Bonjour, zéro ! Un four encastrable acheté le 20 déc 2020, au bout d’une semaine, le four ne fonctionne plus! Maintenant il faut attendre le 26 janvier qu’un technicien passe voir ! Super l’appareil a moins de 15 jours !!!! Donc ma mère doit rester sans four jusqu’au 26! Une honte ! Service après vente zéro, publicités de garantie mensongères ! Et je dois rester calme ! Soit disant Darty peut remplacer votre appareil défectueux s’il a moins de 15 jours, c’est faux !!!! De plus soit disant il prêtent un appareil ! C’est faux !! Service après vente désastreux, j’ai l’impression d’avoir acheté un produit sous le manteau !
