Hands down the BEST resturant we visited during our trip to Chile. The food was so fresh, hot and flavourful. The hummitas were smooth in texture and steaming. The seafood soups and stews had everyone drooling. This place must be promoted by tours because it was full at lunch with tourists but the price was very reasonable for lunch. Dessert was not very exciting.

Fresh seafood, would recommend getting the daily fish. The soup was out of the world good, with large enough portions to share. The huertas were also massive portions, and the seafood sauce felt large enough to be another dish on it's own.
Lovely local restaurant with great range of local dishes and ingredients. The menu isn’t huge but there was something for everyone. We came as a group of two couples and shared two starters (the octopus was incredible - and the fried cheese also very tasty) and had a main each. Both the meat mains were huge and perfectly cooked. The ensalada with shrimp was delicious and came with loads of shrimp. The vegetarian chickpea soup was again huge and perfectly seasoned. All portions are big and the flavours are really well balanced. The complimentary bread and dip were delicious and the service is lovely - friendly without being overbearing.
Great food elegantly served. Nice interior, live guitar music in the evening (not disturbing at all). The staff speaks English.

Cocina was very good, in the Alegro hill. That evening there was a guitar singer that created a really nice atmosphere. The crab pie with beer were good and service was good also. Would go again.
