Having to abide by the outdated UCI legal standards, combined with my lanky 6ft 2 frame, Matt and the team had a difficult task ahead of them. But they performed excellently. I can’t explain the level of detail and effort George and Matt put in to help me achieve a position that wasn’t just legal but also optimal for my physiology. They had the dremel, the drill and the saw out constituting a ‘full house’ in terms of a standard bike fit here. This resulted in Matt awarding me with the highest maintenance tester they’ve ever had in - some achievement. A big thank you to the guys and a lovely family environment within their business which put you at ease. I have to agree with Matt when he said that this was probably the only place in UK that could have met my demands for a fit of this kind! Worth the 4 hour drive from Suffolk!

When i first contacted Matt i had literally no base fitness, i rode my bike twice a week and knew that in order to get anywhere i needed the best coach there was. After one or two months i felt amazing on the bike and was already beating my times in time trials and won one or two road races. You really do get the full package, training is only part of it. You get nutritional tips also which is a massive factor to performance. The training plan is tailored to suit you....if you can't train one day, swap the training around no problem and you're good to go. That's one thing i love about being coached by Matt. The amount of advice and experience is endless. By far the best investment i've made in cycling. If you want to be the best, you need to be coached by the best.

I have only been fit a few months and under Matts guidance and can see some great progress 10-15% over previous best numbers a few years ago. Matt is a humble man but an absolute expert in his work as coach and is not living off his champion name on the bike. He is a top class man/woman manager and if he was not plying his trade elsewhere he would be a huge asset in any company as a leader. I have been in the triathlon game a few years now and after a couple of coaches this is by far the best and at a cracking price for absolute expert coaching.
