I called last minute to have a roll-off delivered to my home for construction debris and Priority Waste was polite and able to accommodate my request. The clearly explained the pricing so I knew what to expect. When I called later that day to change the day of delivery due to a scheduling conflict they were still very happy to make the necessary changes, there were no \extra charges\ for the change. My old service would have still had me on hold from the first call.

Everything start great but they charge by gram they charge my card twice why they said I put couple pound more and they charge me like 130. They are scammers beware of this company .
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Don’t not use their services! They will try to scam you out of your money. After I used their services a week and a half later they tried to charge my card on file claiming my dumpster was overweight. This is not a legitimate or professional company. Believe the negative reviews they are telling the truth about this place. The positive reviews are from people that work there or family/friends.
The driver SLAMMED my can off the back of the truck with the hydraulic lift multiple times to empty the can and busted the entire front of the can. When i called, “Michelle” said i would hear from a supervisor. Even sent pics. After 19 days, three more emails and two phone calls, I have not heard a thing. Now I have to meet with my Mayor and get him involved. They underbid waste management and now I see why. Just wanted my can replaced..
Everything started out great. Called the company out to pick up the dumpster. I was not home because I was told the driver would likely not make it to my house that day but a couple hours later driver called me and said he was not able to pick it up because the material was sticking out too high. Charlotte called a few hours later to follow up. I explained that I would simply break the items down and make it more level. I was told that wasn't a problem and to call back when I was ready to have the dumpster to be removed. I called back the next day to ask for an extension to break the items down and was then told that I would be charged 150 for the dry run (driver coming out but unable to to take the dumpster. I was also told that that is in the user agreement I signed. I've been reading and re-reading that agreement and I don't see that as a possible fee. They also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Very unprofessional!!! I will never use them again.
