I have taken all of my Brokers Classes with the Dias Real Estate Academy (MD, DC, and VA).The courses were vigorous and the curriculums were excellent in that the information was broken down for anyone on any educational level to comprehend and understand. I met some very dear friends in the classes and I am still professionally and personally connected to them all. This academy allows you to build not just your education in real estate, but also your network in the Real Estate industry. Mrs. Dias has excellent customer service and she is very responsive to the needs of all her students. I have never had an issue with receiving a refund if it was justified and warranted. I can honestly say that I am a confident and well prepared Broker because of these classes. I highly recommend the Dias Real Estate Academy to anyone that want to grow your real estate knowledge and business.

I have taken so many CE classes with Marie and Test Prep. I just passed my Virginia Salesperson’s exam August 2020 two weeks after taking Marie’s VA test prep ! The Dias Real Estate Academy is Amazing! If want to pass , take her class ️. Thanks Marie for all you do !!

I had paid for the second Module Real Estate Broker Class 5 days ago and I have not yet received any correspondents on when I can pick up my books, how to login into the online class etc in which was told to me before I paid that I would be notified this week. After many phone call attempts, emails, and voice messages no one has calked me back yet. Class start Oct 7, 2020 and now I do not want to be involved. I would like a full refund. First impression is everything. If I can't speak to anyone now, I don't want to wait till class start and have the same issues. 539.76 is a lot of money to be paying for nothing during this epidemic

Unfortunately, it looks like the Dias Academy is in decline. I went there through 5 renewal cycles with no issues, until 2020. They have not credited me with two classes I completed there, no longer answer the phone or respond to emails. It looks like they didn't recover from the covid closure. I will not be returning.
