I stayed at Innova Living for 2 months following heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic. It was the perfect choice of a lovely apartment. The apartment itself was wonderful, as were all the conveniences of the complex. However, it was the STAFF that really outdid themselves. Allison, Albert, Tiffany and Charles to name a few staff who I encountered almost daily, were so helpful to me in my state of recovering. I had to use a wheelchair and walker for almost 2 months and they helped me with everything from opening doors, calling the elevator, helping with groceries, assisting me to the cab - they anticipated every need. I will always be appreciative of their immense help and willingness to go the extra mile and always with a smile. Thank you for everything. I bounced around different places in Cleveland and this is by far the best apartment I’ve been in. I lived here for around 2.5 years from July 2018-November 2020 and it has been a fantastic living environment for working or going to school. The building is clean and inviting, and the amenities are very convenient. The staff have always been super friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of great food options at a short walking distance away which have been a lifesaver after busy days on clinical rotations. The windows and walls are thick so you never have to worry about hearing neighbors, although it can occasionally be noisy outside for a brief period in the morning during trash pick-up days. I also personally never had any issues with safety and felt pretty protected with the guards and concierge being there all hours of the day/night. I would highly recommend living here and would do so again in a heartbeat!
You won't find a closer apartment to the new campus as a Case student. The unit is quiet and has all the amenities unlike most places in Cleveland. Had a minor request with maintenance and they quickly responded within a couple of days. The parking structure is also very convenient as there's a key card for access to the garage/building, while there's no security issue during the time that I lived here. Management team is also great and promptly responded to my new landlord's request for reference in CA once I moved. Overall a pleasant experience and a walk away from the campus. Highly recommended!
Perfect! My husband is under radiation treatment at the Cleveland Clinic. We are from outside the state only about 1-1/2 hours. So I called Innova seeing if they had short term leasing. I spoke and worked with an Allison! I cannot say enough in how helpful Allison is/was. I emailed Allison soooo many times and Allison always got back to me quickly . The apartment is a studio which is just perfect. Comes with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Walking distance to the Clinic. The short term lease comes with basics: dishes, pans, silverware, towels and linens. Concierge is on staff 24/7 and all are very friendly and helpful. If anyone needs a place to stay short term while at the clinic call Innova! Soo much better than a hotel room. Onsite parking as well. Plus for him it was walking distance everyday for treatments. Living at Innova was a positive experience. The building is very clean with new appliances which I appreciated. The concierge staff is wonderful. They were all always kind and helpful. Allison in the leasing office was always nice and responsive to me. When I asked to cancel my parking early because of covid, they allowed me to do so right away. I do think the price is a bit high for a studio, but I think it was worth it. I've seen other reviews that this building is in a bad neighborhood, but I disagree. I always felt safe at and around Innova, although I never walked anywhere alone after 9pm. It is very close to CWRU, which was a perk for me. The gym is nice as is the sky deck. Overall, this is a very nice off-campus option for CWRU students.
