The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a gentle lead harness for my Black Lab puppy. Knowing that he would grow out of it in a matter of a few months, the associate who helped me steered me to a less expensive and equally effective harness. She took time to instruct me how to get the harness on and the best ways to use it. It should be noted that I was shopping elsewhere for my new puppy trying to save a few dollars... l will be committed to shopping at Petco.

Location does not seem to carry Tidy Cat cat litter as it is always out of stock. I had to opt for another brand and the cashier attempted to overcharge me since I am not part of the Petco club. I chose not to overpay and will not return due to insufficient stock of name brand products and attempts to overcharge.
I visited this location tonight looking for some shrimp for one of my aquariums. I was in the fish area for a couple of minutes before I even saw an employee. It seemed like there were only two employees working. One came out of the back room and made eye contact with me but didn’t ask if I needed anything. The other rang out one customer and then disappeared. After about 10 min of being in the store another customer came in with their dog and was immediately greeted. I understand that scooping fish/shrimp out of tanks isn’t their favorite thing to do. I have dogs myself and would rather give them attention... but I am still a paying customer. Will not be returning to this location for any of my animal needs.
