I cannot get any follow up care or treatments scheduled for my daughter. I put off treatment at another facility because children’s was closer and I was told they would treat her. There is no communication from them.

I called to schedule a follow up appointment and was told they did not have enough doctors in Dermatology department to schedule a appointment. Cincinnati Childrens is unable to hire doctors? I’m extremely disappointed.
