My husband bought a beautiful fur for me for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was too small, and there wasn't a larger size. Ray patiently helped me find a replacement. He found me a beautiful fur, my size, but it was more expensive, Ray adjusted the price closer to my original coat! Super customer service.
