I've always had a strong interest in parkour/free running and gymnastics. I was pretty excited when I learned about the 3 week adult class trial available at Fusion Parkour. Nathan (instructor) and all the fellow students are very welcoming and you can feel the supportive energy for everyone of all skills and abilities. Nathan has a special skill for explaining concepts and movements so you are able to physically and mentally understand what is going on. For anyone that is looking to discover something new, push your limits in a safe and encouraging environment, I would recommend Fusion Parkour. P.s. I have not joined due to some issues of timing, but its a blast.

We absolutely LOVE Fusion Parkour! I initially looked into it for my 6 year-old twin girls, but after watching classes for a week or two I knew this was not something I could sit on the sidelines and just watch. I signed up for the amazing adult class and it has quickly become an addiction and my favorite nights of the week! The twins are having so much fun in their classes! Nathan is amazing with kids and one of the best instructors I have come across in the area. He allows them to have fun while also keeping them safe, focused and always evolving. The twins and I look forward to the open training sessions just as much as a class. It gives us time to not only get some additional exercise and work on our skills, but also spend some quality time together. By the end of it, I always hear, “Mama, do we HAVE to leave?!” from at least one of them!
What a great place! My son loves going! Staff are very supportive and super friendly. My son has ADHD and he is able to release some of his energy there.
My son has been part of the Parkour Fusion family from the moment they opened their doors. This is great program and there’s not a lot like it around Syracuse. Highly recommend!
I loved my time there! Great place and great instructors!! No previous parkour experience necessary to start. They will teach you everything from the very beginning. Honestly this is great for all ages don't think it's just for kids or teens. Some of the happiest and quickest learners are the adults. Diversify your fitness portfolio with Fusion Parkour!
