Perfect restaurant for tongue lover. Great services. I've been here several times within a week! Oh, also free rice refill for hungry guys!

Service is good and tastes of the gyutan are also good. They offer several different types of gyutan for customers to choose from. Combo sets are also available. However the thick cuts can be little thicker.

MUST-VISIT for Beef Tongue Lovers. They serve varities of beef tounge (I didn’t know there were that many types). The place is beautifully designed and just screams “luxury”. Price wasn’t that expensive for such a nice place. Really recommended for those who like to eat tounge.

This ia by far the best kyutan (beef tongue) dish i ever had. Must try for visitors. Make sure you order cho-le-gi salad too. I dont know if this is traditional japanese? Or korean bbq influenced? Or fusion but ita damn good.

Consistently tender beef tongue at every Negishi joint I been too, with a good selection of tongue parts.

Great to have tongue after many years. Great service etc. Just get the thick cut option as it's the best. Meat goes cold rather quick so keep that in mind. Oh and it's on B1 level so just go down.

I love the food as it is great quality meat. The free refill of rice is also a good add to the dining experience. However, as much as the service appears to be great, I find it a bit too much. You are constantly being watched by your waitress which feels a bit... awkward for me. This is evident in three diffirent locations which seems to be the standard service. I conclude this by saying it's a nice restaurant.

This is a chain of restaurants throughout at least Tokyo. They are cheery joints with friendly and welcoming staff, very good prices and a high quality product. While their eponymous dish involves tongue, they offer a fairly comprehensive menu of other meats. They are griddle restaurants and the meat is invariably deliciously tender.
