Little soba shop, mostly tachigui, where you're supposed to stand while you eat. You pay in advance at a vending machine. I did get a stool at a short counter. I got the soba of the season, which was kind of pale but tasty. Fast and inexpensive, but I don't know enough about soba to know if they should get a high four stars.

Quick and budget friendly. The taste is average - I had the shrimp tempura rice and hot soba. Shrimp was decent size but not very crispy. Staff was very friendly with helping us order since we don’t read Japanese. One of the chefs even gave me an umbrella bc he noticed it was raining when we were leaving - very thoughtful. Arigato !
