Appalling customer service Booked a service appointment online. 2.5 hours after the car was due to be collected I called to find out what was going on. The responses were: 1. We haven't done collection in a month due to furlough. 2. You booked on Volvos system so its wrong. 3. We haven't got your booking. 4. Oh I've found your booking and haven't got round to it. But it was booked over a week ago. 5. Its not our fault. 6. We won't collect it anyway as its not in our area. The service agent blamed everyone but themselves. From its Volvos fault, the booking wasn't confirmed, even though we had a booking confirmation. IF can avoid this dealerships service department you should do so. They have absolutely no idea of how to provide customer service. Its just not worth aggravation dealing with them.

The service and customer care are excellent. A comfortable area for you to wait whilst your car is being dealt with and free coffee. Clean and well managed with friendly accommodating staff. Very impressed. My car was serviced there and the technician came through and answered questions I had, explaining everything clearly. I left feeling confident and satisfied. On the roads these days, that sort of confidence is a must. Thanks Volvo.
