I Bought a bike from them but a few days later I realised they had given me the wrong service booklet. 4 months later and after chasing them up every few weeks, they had sent me 4 booklets as the first three all had mistakes. Absolutely useless, avoid at all cost
Bought 2 motorcycles from this dealership In Short succession . First a Aprilia rsvR 1000 .Was happy enough with the first purchase and service, ....( but very recently found out .... the service receipt they put in with the paperwork..... was for another motorcycle!!!! ....which has devalued the bike I purchased .). So went back for a second deal a week later on a 450 ktm . Wish I didn’t This time the bike was delivered. Taking it out .. it had a couple of issues.. throttle stuck on the open .. and a clutch that wasn’t right . Took a video of the issue.. sent it to the owner Jamie .. who responded with . “ yes ... that doesn’t look good ... ! “ Came back to pick it up round about 20th December for repairs. When I called to check up I was told nothing was wrong with it ... “ ( I have been riding bikes since a kid , a stuck throttle and terrible clutch is pretty obvious ) . On one correspondence with the owner he told me “ I will give you a shout in a moment “ TWO weeks later I had to ask him if there was any news about that SHOUT ! Soo the bike got delivered back to me yesterday...29 January...2021... issues still exactly the same ...slightly lost my faith in peoples ability , and honesty . But hey ... every cloud has a silver lining .. There is a young lady in their office who’s customer service is amazing!
Honestly, I've got nothing but praise for these guys. I bought a Triumph Bonneville America from here quite recently, and everything about the purchase went about as well as can be expected. I arrived after a long drive up, I'm awful with names, but one of the mechanics came to greet me as Jamie wasn't in at the time. He took the bike out, showed me about it, fired it up and it worked a treat. Jamie came back, I was brought a cup of tea and he told me everything I needed to know about the bike. I bought the bike there and then, absolute doddle, and had it restricted and delivered for a proper cheap price. I'm chuffed as balls about the whole thing, can't recommend them enough- they're a very decent business.
