The entire family at Donna Jewelry treats everyone like their own. They’re very knowledgeable about diamonds, lab created or natural, as well as different metals and settings. My fiancé showed them a photo of a ring setting he liked and they made it from scratch. The ring turned out to be even better than expected. They also helped guide him to find a diamond in his price range and help chose what elements were important to him. He recently bought our wedding bands from them and they are going to make a custom band to match my engagement ring. The work they do is incredible and it’s a completely family run business. Don’t let their location on jewelers row think they’re overpriced- they are very fair and will work with any budget. Please go and check them out!

The people here really are the best! My husband and I needed an honest opinion about some jewlery he inherited and wanted to make a new ring out of. They were extremely honest and saved us the cost of tearing everything apart. They showed us so many details of the existing jems and explained everything quite well. You walk in and can feel the sense of family there, they are all extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. They really are a great jewlery store and despite this being the first time we were there, they truly treated us like family and far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for an awesome jeweler on jewelers row, this is the place to go. When you walk in the best thing is it doesn't feel like the high pressure people, they truly care about the people that come in. When I left with the ring they resized for me, I cried looking at how beautiful it was and the time they took to show us so many details. Don't go anywhere else on jewlers row but here. These are amazing people.

I can’t even begin to describe how wonderful Peter, Donna and the entire family were. I was introduced by a family friend and they instantly treated me like family. They helped me design a ring, pick beautiful diamonds and gave me a fantastic deal. They shipped it right to my door and then realized it for my fiancé. Amazingly kind people, will definitely be back with more business! Would recommend them to anyone looking for an intimate family-type experience!
