We Had 2 large whippy ice creams from a Freddricks ice cream van parked up at Waitrose’s car park in Ashbourne on Sunday 19th August. We had had ice cream from another freddricks ice cream van before and where impressed by the quality so we decided to have them again. *Unfortunately this time Both ice creams where far too sloppy (had very little ‘firmness’ to them unlike the last 2 we had just 3 weeks before at the van parked up in elvaston castle) and both had very faint/very little chocolate sauce running through them which meant no flavour what so ever of chocolate. The ice cream server was not very friendly or bothered either.* This experience was Very disappointing and especially so for the high price of 7.30 for 2 poor quality ice creams. Complete let down on this occasssion and therefore we would not recommend.
