Terrible response when asked to pick up skip, still waiting over 2 weeks later. Attitude of lady on the phone made me feel it was my fault there is now a parking issue on our road and said I am not a priority. Please avoid at all costs

Very poor manner on the phone. I was cut offf straight away by a woman when I thought the price was to high in comparison to other hires and asked whether it included VAT. I am an NHS ICU nurse working through COVID 19. So rude and this has upset me. Please do not use these people.
