Had occasion to talk to a Receptioist yesterday. The Lady was pleasant, helpful and had a good phone manner- it was a pleasure to talk to her- she is called Sarah.

The new surgery has been brilliant with its services so far. The reception team are polite and friendly and in most cases offer appointments. Dr Andrew Ram in particular has been exceptional in delivering care and services. He is extremely professional and empathetic and is the best GP one could have!
