I left an answer phone message this morning as one of my contact lenses had torn. I got a call straight back from a lady (I think her name was Michaella) who was really helpful and said I could collect a new lense on the same day! Due to the COVID situation her colleague Shelly came out to the car park to give me the lenses so I didn’t have to cue. Amazing service and a really quick response!

Had my eye test in September.... They messed up my glasses twice and had to get them made again. The third time they didn't tell me they'd made them so I was waiting 4 months and eventually got fed up. You shouldn't have to remind a company to do their job. Very very appalled.

Michelle was marvellous. My mother's hearing aid had come apart and her life was quite diminished as a result. I rang Specsavers who offered me a choice of appointments this morning. I whizzed in and Michelle fixed (the tricky) repair on the spot. It took about 15 minutes. My mother and I am delighted. Thank you very much Michelle. If I could give more than 5* I would. Polite, friendly and good at her job.Brilliant
