We currently offer: - Free Information and Advice to older people and their carers. - Four free befriending services, including telephone and active befriending. - Advocacy - A Dementia Connections support programme delivered in partnership with the Alzheimer's Society. - A Home Help service to offer support with housework and shopping. - Countywide toenail cutting clinics to help keep older people mobile. - Respite for carers through our Sitting Service.
