Sorry for the late \shout out\ but was looking to book again this summer fingers crossed, realised i hadn't commented. We hired a castle the end of the summer 2020 for my son. It was part of a birthday surprise. I contacted Michelle by email who took my details and Dan, the guy that delivered the castle was very helpful with the installation, was punctual and quick, and the same for the collection. The weather forecast was touch and go with wind and rain, Dan kept in touch about the cancellation due to the weather, but was all ok in the end. Having the castle was a great way to end the summer of a particularly tough year. Ive passed on Cheam Bouncy Castles details to loads of friends...Thanks again, was a great day.

I hired an adults bouncy castle on 14/07/18, best thing I ever did for a party! Dan and Michelle were so friendly and made the booking easy, they came and set everything up the day before, gave me instructions on how to inflate/deflate. Definitely will be using these guys again!
This is the second time I've hired from this company and on both occasions the service has been excellent. My castle was delivered a day early giving my children extra bounce time at no extra cost! The castle was very securely pinned to the ground with large heavy duty metal pegs so no need to worry about safety. In addition an information sheet was provided explaining safety measures to take during rainy or windy conditions. It was a sunny wind free day so I didn't anticipate problematic weather however I was impressed at the companys diligence in ensuring we were ready in case of any unexpected change of weather conditions. Warm, friendly service, high standards of safety, a castle that was in perfect condition and extra bounce time at no extra cost - all this at the amazing price of 45 for one day or the special offer price of 65 for two (the option we chose).
