Simon and Lisa at Ben Lloyd are really special, they helped us massively when we lost someone very special. The care they offer really is second to none! The aftercare is amazing too! They offer a monthly coffee morning for like minded people to get together which is proving very popular and helps so many people like us! Thank you so much for making a terrible time better for us! A real credit to yourselves and the clear hard work you put in to every funeral!

If I could award more than 5 stars, I would. I commend Simon, the director, his assistant, Lisa, and the whole team for the way in which all aspects of the funeral were completed. They are highly professional people, who approached everything with great care, compassion, sensitivity and dignity. At this devastating time for me, they explained the options available to me thoroughly, clearly and thoughtfully and carried out all of my requests, including some unique ones, perfectly and with a thorough understanding of, and respect for, my wishes. There was a direct and personal, involvement in the whole process whilst maintaining the utmost degree professionalism and showing great expertise. As I do not have family locally, Simon and Lisa were able to assist me in ways that went far beyond what could have been expected, including giving enormous emotional support for, and comfort to, me. They made certain that they got to know as much about my late husband as possible, so that they could even anticipate what might be required. These few words are not adequate to give sufficient praise. I very highly recommend Ben Lloyd's Coop Funeralcare.
