The staff in the assessment unit were very helpful and patient, they take time to listen and help each individual in their care. They really helped my mum settle in and adapt to the new environment. One person in particular made an extra effort to built up a strong rapport with my mum so thank you to Claire and also the wider team.

My father has vascular dementia. He got put here for restbite for a couple of weeks. Lasted one night as they could not meet his needs and will not have him back again.

This is a very good care home. Staff are friendly, patient and caring. They know their residents' strengths and weaknesses because they make a great effort to get to know each individual. Difficult moments are treated sympathetically. The home is clean and welcoming. It is common to arrive and find entertainment, sing songs, etc. A retired greyhound visits most weeks to the delight of the residents. My mum is in very good hands!

Had such a welcoming, loving feeling today. Did not expect to see how beautiful this care home is. The staff were happy, smiley and full of life - just what we like to see. Its the first care home we have seen and we are impressed. Couldn't have asked for a nicer first visit.
