I can see why the not so great reviews, yes sometimes it is hard to get in touch with someone or get in touch with someone at all. I feel however that when I able to get in touch with them I am getting good service. Keep in mind they are a Veteran Service Organization that deals with Veterans Affairs. We all know that the VA is not the most user friendly organization but I feel this office does their absolute best with what they have. I have not really worked with any other service organizations like DAV, VFW, etc, but overall I feel I am in good hands. It is easy to complain about what does not go exactly the way we want, when we want. If you look at the big picture, I think they provide a good service.

Bad business managment, over worked or using covid as an excuse to fear God's judgment. The very least you can do is pick up the phone.

Now I see why there is only one star rating. If I could give a zero star I would. The one individual in there is not very good at what she does, meaning she hasn't been able to answer most of my questions. A closing time of 1500 in the afternoon??? What is that? Why is that? She was there after 1500 today and wouldn't even take the time to print ONE form that I needed nor would she take the time to answer ONE question. Most likely wouldn't know the answer. Should probably look for a more qualified individual for this position. Or maybe some serious retraining or just flat out training

Rang twice and cut straight to voicemail, second time rang out fully then went to voicemail. Someone really doesn't want to answer questions over the phone.

Impossible to get them on the phone. Somehow all of my information disappeared from their system. Most inconvenient hours (seeing as how they close for lunch).
