Great team! I've been coming here for several years. My dog is a rescue and is getting older. It's nice to have a Doctor who is proactive in treatment and not reactive. They're excellent at giving me the upfront costs of what the best treatments are but are not pushy. I recommend you give them a try.

We LOVE West Ballantyne Animal Hospital! Dr. Linfante and his team are AWESOME! He is VERY through with his exam and does not just quickly look, diagnose and leave like I have had elsewhere. He really wants to engage the animal and it’s human during the exam. He has helped guide our family through some serious animal illnesses and I have always felt confident we were making solid decisions without needing to do tests constantly. The staff is also amazing- they are always excited to see our fur babies and ask us through questions about what’s going on with them. They also showed great compassion for us when it was time for us to say goodbye to two of our animals. While West Ballantyne is a bit pricey, I will definitely keep going there because I know my animals health come first to everyone and my fur babies are in great hands!

** PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW WITH THE UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM ** This is a great veterinarian’s office if you don’t mind being bankrupt. I loved the staff, and I loved how they cared for our dogs, but they actually tried to mark up our dog’s allergy prescription price/force us get the prescription at their clinic instead of sending it to Walmart like we asked (they do pet RX now). It was almost a 40 difference once we finally got them to relent. They will squeeze everything they can out of you— they tried to tell me that my dog needed bloodwork that was 500, and when I got another assessment at a different veterinarian, I was only charged 200. Save your money, and go elsewhere. EDIT A FEW DAYS LATER: Are you wondering why you don’t see any negative reviews on here? Well, it could be because the office tracks down anyone who leaves them. They used my information in their files and connected it to my name on my Google review to CALL ME ON MY PERSONAL PHONE to try to complain about my review and likely have me edit/rescind it. Professional businesses don’t utilize the PRIVATE contact information from their customers in that manner. This practice is a completely unprofessional joke, and apparently the office is run by bratty teenagers who don’t understand that you don’t always get 5 star reviews, and that you shouldn’t have the audacity to seek out a customer using their private information. Full stop. To y’all at the practice reading this, stop harassing me/my mom and accept the L.

I needed to find a new vet for our dog Crosby and was searching close to our house, and we are extremely pleased to have found Dr. Linfante and his staff. I just took Crosby today for the first time and I love them...love. They are all so kind and professional. I could tell the Techs loved Crosby...they took such good care of them and were also incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Linfante is better than most of MY doctors. He is kind, well spoken, confident, and thorough. I feel like all the pricing is very fair as well. Really lucky to have found such a great team to care for my best friend. Thank you WBAH Team!
