This is the best gun store in America. When no one else has it, they do. They don’t price gouge or take advantage of situations going on in our country. They’ve always had what I needed at a very competitive price. Their staff is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. These people do it right. It’s to the point that I don’t even shop around anymore, I just go to Hyatt. I remember the first time I walked in their store. It was like candy land. I didn’t want to leave. You won’t regret doing business with Hyatt. I never have. Thank you Hyatt for a job well done. You will see me soon for another purchase.

I have been waiting for my permit to be processed since august 2020 due to the COVID pandemic it just got here. my gun was payed off since September 2020. I just received my permit today, went to Hyatt to retrieve my gun (that has been paid for since September) I get there and I was told that my gun was resold..... is this legal? I have bought three guns from them and never had a bad complaint till today. Never will they see my money AGAIN!

I special ordered a gold desert eagle 50ae on 07-20-2020 that said would take within 4 to 5 months. Today, (1/7/2021) I email the company about getting an update on my purchase, which i receive an email from them saying they will be refunding my purchase. I fully understand the situation on to why they cancelled my order. The reason why i rated 1 star, is that the company never once called or emailed me in between 7/20/2020- and 1/7/2021 saying they would cancel my order. I personally had to contact them in order to find out the news. Maybe in the future I can have a better experience with this company.

Brought in a gun to sell that I know the value of. Their guy told me it was worth 50% less than it was appraised at. One of their employees offered to buy it for the full amount privately and the owner kicked me out of the store. Would not recommend and will not return.

Good selection, knowledgeable, friendly staff, but only after I purchased my first handgun through them, did I realize how high their prices were! Gun. Overpaid. Ammo. Overpaid. Gun oil. Overpaid. Pistol cleaning kit. Yep, you guessed it. Overpaid. Everything I bought in their store I saw the very same day somewhere else, cheaper! It was infuriating. Anyway. In summary; nice people, nice store, nice selection, but their pricing is not on par with their local competition.
