Charles Harding have been great, always very responsive and everyone I've spoken to there has been friendly and keen to help. My flat was sold within 24 hours of listing. Good professional photos and no additional charges. Their recommendation of solicitors wasn't amazing but that was mainly due to the recent influx of movers from the stamp duty holiday. I'd recommend them.

Rented my property in Swindon with Charles Harding North Swindon for quite a few years. Finally returned to the U.K. Jan 2019 and was told that everything was clean and ready for me to move in. I was still in Europe at the time so could not inspect it myself so asked them for pictures which all looked in order..... When we arrived in I found : 1, Kitchen hood extractor full of grease inside & outside 2, Silicon sealant covering (masking) all black mould on old sealant around bathroom and shower. 3, Carpets have large stains on them upstairs bedrooms and was told professionally cleaned! 4, nearly all pipes blocked (sinks, bath, shower) 5, All walls & skirting boards have been patched with paint. (Little circles and patches all over walls which looked awful) This house was pristine before I let it. 6, lots of waste left ‘hidden’ around side of house including cat litter boxes! 7 , continually left messages and called but no one would take responsibility. Promised countless callbacks but nothing. Always told the person responsible (Sarah) was away, or on holiday. 8, front door needs replacing as damaged as if was hit by some blunt object in a few places 9, The letter box was also broken and they supplied me a new one..... it was completely wrong size! Took it back to them at the office and told them to get the correct size and they didn’t even call me back. 10. Added just a few pictures showing the state the en suite shower. Total and utter complete waste of time and money. For your lettings management ...... PLEASE BEWARE before considering CHARLES HARDING.
I have no hesitation in recommending the team at Charles Harding. They have the perfect balance of professional yet personable. Sophie was terrific at keeping us informed with feedback on viewings. Christy has kept me sane when dealing with First Port property management and the solicitor. She has been a brilliant liaison between all relevant parties and is a credit to her company.
