Great environment that allows people of all different backgrounds to be pushed to be the best that they can be. The workouts are always tough but bring a great balance of strength training and high intensity workouts. It’s been awesome to learn so many different functional movements and to also have been able to get to know their top-notch instructors and fellow members! Highly recommend it to everyone!
