I had probably the BEST experience ever here. Jarrod was so pleasant and easy to work with. I called to see if they also buy cars (yes, they do) and sold my Jeep within hours. He is very personable and he responds super fast. We came to an agreement so painlessly...no games, just straight up and fair. He had already left for the day, but was willing to come back to complete our transaction without hesitation. When I arrived, he was prompt to greet me and we got right to business. I have to mention how badass his showroom is too! (Just come and see for yourself...it’s a car lover’s heaven!). Jarrod was even thoughtful enough to go as quickly as possible (without sacrificing anything) because he knew my wife was waiting outside in the car. I wish all car dealers are as cool, honest, and pleasant to work with. Do business here. You will not be disappointed. I would give this place more stars if I could! Hahaha

Jarrod was great on handling my transaction to buy my new car from him, even though I’m out of state in AR. When he shipped it, I got the car overnight from VA to AR!!!! That was awesome and very economical price too. He did everything he said he would do and the condition of the car was spot on, from me buying sight unseen. I’ll definitely buy another car from him in the future.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Motorcars Washington and I can honestly say that it was the smoothest car-buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I spoke with the salesman, Garrett, I knew it would be a hassle-free experience. I appreciated that Garrett was not the pushy type of salesman that I have unfortunately become so used to. He answered all my question promptly and honestly and went above and beyond to assist me when he did not have the answers readily available. There were no surprises during the finalization process and the level of professionalism shown by Garrett and his team was remarkable. To be honest, when I saw how many 5 star reviews this place had, I was skeptical of its veracity, however, I have no doubt that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Motorcars Washington no less than a 5 star experience. Best car buying experience I ever had. I’m from out of town (Florida). Jarrod had the exact vehicle I was looking for(18’ Trackhawk) Dealing with him was so easy. After negotiating a fair price he walked me through the process of doing the wire transfer. He kept me up-to-date as soon as it cleared. He then quickly located a transporter and set everything up for it to be delivered. He kept me up-to-date with text messages every step of the way with photos once the vehicle was safely loaded on the transport truck. Two days later it arrived right at my doorstep in Florida. I still cannot get over how clean the vehicle is. I work in auto reconditioning so I have a trained eye to see the slightest imperfections on a vehicle. This car arrived completely flawless. If the odometer didn’t show 6700 miles, it surly could’ve passed as a brand new car, still had the new car smell! Highly recommend Jarrod and Motorcars Washington for a great car buying experience.
