Stay Away! This place is a disaster! Dirty! Untrained staff! Unfriendly service! Disorganized! It went through a foreclosure early this summer, then the past weekend the entire staff walked off! I went today to drop off my dog for daycare and there were four people and dogs waiting in line to either drop off their dog or pick up. As I waited one dog owner was horrified to learn that one of the disgruntled employees actually released people's dogs from their overnight cages! And they could not find the dog. It was one of four or five dogs that they could not find! Can you imagine the horror this poor family is facing! So a group of employees left all the dogs uncared for, no food, no water no cleanup during the weekend. When I was there today the place smelled really bad! Like dog and cat poop and vomit! There were large hair balls and dirty floors, sticky check-in counter, over flowing wastebaskets! Can't imagine what the place and kennels looked like behind the wall! Terrible terrible place! I thought the foreclosure would have made things better, and it did for about a month, but now.... No way will I ever take my fur baby there again! Shame shame on the management to run this great business into the ground! And to allow employees to miss handle people's pets! What if this was a children's daycare??? Could you imagine a business losing your child???

My dog has been going to daycare there for 2 months now and he loves it - and so do we! Staff are super friendly, scheduling is easy, and pick up and drop off times are very flexible. The staff keep the dogs busy playing and socializing, not kenneled up for most of the day, which is the best part. And the online videos let us watch our dog playing, which is always fun! If you live in the area, CC&S is definitely worth it!
I just moved here from Las Vegas. I was searching for a kennel for my 8 month old American Staffordshire Terrier which is a pit bull breed. I was searching everywhere that offered doggy daycare and boarding for my little girl. I looked at about 5 different kennels and visited them with her by my side. Most denied me at the door and the others I had to wait a couple days for the owners to review her history at previous kennels from back home. I went to the Canine Club and Spa last because of all the reviews I read. I walked in and the staff was so kind and very loving towards Roxy i never got that anywhere else! They dropped what they were doing to give me and Roxy and full tour of the facility i was shocked on how inaccurate all these one star reviews were. They place was cleaned and smelled lovely. They gave me a free 1/2 day of daycare so Roxy could get a feel for the place and she absolutely loved it! I enjoyed watching her on the EarthCams all day and she was exhausted and wore out which is just what she needed!
Bias opinion right here! I love this place it been my dream job since I was 5 years old. I am not a morning person but I get up every morning with my dog and go to work to play with all the animals and it's the best thing ever! We have everything you can think of! From exotic pet boarding to pool rental to a spa day for your fur babies. We have our ups and downs because every company does. Our downs seem to be more noticeable because we are one of the best/biggest kennel in Minnesota so it sticks out more. That is beside the point! My dogs love it here, I love it here and the staff is the best! It's my second home for sure!
For my first doggy daycare experience I couldn't be much happier. My dog is beyond thrilled when he realizes where we are headed each morning. The reception area can get a little hectic during peak drop-off / pick-up times as expected. Staff is friendly and definitely cares about the dogs. For the price and convenience factor, I can't think of another place I'd go.
This facility is awesome! They are super flexible and provide a fun, interactive, engaging environment for my dog! He loves it there and we love leaving him, knowing he is well taken care of and entertained all day long! They also provide great grooming at a very reasonable price!
My wife and I really like the Canine Club. It's very close to our home and drop off and pick up is quick so it's super easy to add this stop to my workday. Our dog is always excited to go there and he has a great time with the other dogs. Not only can he use the outdoor yard and pool during the summer, but he can also use the indoor pool during colder months. He is always exhausted when we pick him up so I can tell he has had an active day. Plus, the Canine Club has a free web cam you can use on the website to see what your dog is up to during the day. My wife really enjoys using it. Overall, we are really happy with our experience with the Canine Club.
This is the best doggy day care I’ve been to and have taken my dalmation puppy hear as often as possible for over a year now. I have never once had any issues or concerns nor do I ever worry about Domino throughout the day. Without fail he always burns off tons of energy, gets exercise and comes home exhausted. Each drive in to drop him off he recognizes where we are going and can hardly contain his excitement. He loves the staff and I as well have become fond of many staff members. I have always been greeting with a friendly, timely manner and always feel I receive excellent customer services. I enjoy the Web Cam as well as the photos taken randomly throughout the days. I feel confident in the service, satisfied and I am 100% positive Domino thoroughly enjoys the days he gets to go to daycare at the Canine Club and Spa!
