Besides having to wait 6 weeks to get an appointment as a new patient, I was very happy with my experience. Front staff was very friendly and there was very little wait time. The NP I think her name was Dawn was very friendly and thorough and I really like Dr Harari. He listened to what I had to say, asked a lot of questions and explained everything to me. So far I am very pleased.

Dr. Reddy saved my life, she is very thorough and takes her time to make sure all my questions are answered and makes sure she explains everything that is going on. The front office staff is always friendly and courteous. The Dr's assistance always gets back to you. I am really happy with this office!

PA Ashley and her MA Judy are fantastic. They always return my calls or respond to a prescription inquiry within a day or two. And trust me, recently I have had some real issues with insurance and denied prescriptions- not at all their faults. I love having a proactive staff capable of handling everything from my lab orders (outside laboratory) to mail order and local drug store meds. As a nurse myself, maybe it’s professional courtesy or I’m just lucky. My visits are every 3-6 months and I can talk to Ashley for 10-15 minutes and she’s always attentive and friendly. I have not seen an MD there since mine left the practice. So I can’t speak for anyone else. I have never had an issue with their front office staff. They are quick to check out and schedule follow ups. But do yourself a favor and schedule while your still in the office. Calling for an appointment can be a lot of on hold time. The parking can be an issue too.

Never saw the doctor. Couldn't get test results for 1 month. Couldn't get any one to answer the phone. Had to drive to their office to find out nothing.

Very poorly managed and staffed medical office. They actually wrote me a letter stating they \could no longer serve me any longer\ based on \ your dissatisfaction with the case toy have recieved in this office. In this letter they started that they would send 30 days of prescriptions to the pharmacy. Over a moonlit later when I needed my prescriptions I went to my pharmacy and as usual they had not called them in. I called the office and spoke with the Doctors assistant and she was very rude with me and insisted this was not her fault. I asked her who is responsible for sending in prescriptions. She snickered at me and asked \Mr. W...h do you want me to send your prescriptions in or not. There were many blatant problems at this office. Many different offenders all through the three staff, top to bottom. At least 5 staff members. Please be advised. Very unprofessional facility
