This is by far the best doctors office I have been to! They are super friendly and caring. The doctors are amazing and seriously care about their patients. I am glad I found them!! I definitely recommend this office/doctors if you are looking for a new primary care physician.

Dr. Williams-Vaughn is a gem! I've never had a more pleasant visit with the doctor from the very first intake process right through to being able to get labs done right there in office. She and her office quickly helped me the few times I had extra questions and she was cognizant of my insurance plan when trying to figure out the best treatment plan for me. I appreciate that. So glad I finally found her!

Dr. Williams-Vaughn is one of the best doctors I have went to in AZ. She can refer me to another doctor when the need arises. Plus she takes the time to listen to your issues, then works to resolved all of them. I love her ability to listen and give great advise. I have seen Dr Carroll also at this office. The staff is great they make you feel like you are part of their family!

I was just reminded of how cold and heartless people can be. I was under the impression that if you feel sick mentally or physically that you seek help. Dr Carroll reminded me of my abuser. I told him I was having a difficult day since it was my mother's birthday and she's been deceased for less than a year. I even apologized for not being able to express my feelings in a manner that he could relate to. He was too focused on trying to make sure I knew his title and could pay for my services (which I paid for a week in advance). I left crying and praying that he would be kind to others. I've had great experiences here but I just think I'd be wrong not to warn others to be prepared for a visit with this doctor. Make sure you acknowledge that he's a doctor and show a bank statement. Do not cry for deceased loved ones in his presence it makes him incredibly irritated and unkind.

So about 5 months ago they called in two prescriptions for me for ppd... Now during covid with 2 small kids at home I'm asking them to call in 1 prescription for an antifungal but they refuse without me coming in... So I shelled out 65 online to some website doctor who called in the prescription I'm picking up later... Thanks Atembis, you just lost two patients with this bs!
