As a public school teacher, the quality of my child's education is very important to me. My daughter started at AFM when she was 2.5 years old after coming from a typical daycare setting. My absolute favorite part about how AFM structures their classrooms is that they are multi-age classrooms. Instead of a classroom of two dozen 2 year olds, my daughter is mixed with students her age through Kindergarten, and learning from not only the 4 adults in the classroom (huge plus there, too!), but also the older children in the room, too. And someday my child will have great practice being a leader before she enters elementary school. The teachers are very patient and work with each child at his/her individual level - it is amazing!

Both my son and daughter studied at AFM Chandler Montessori. AFM taught them a lot of things. My son's reading is much better than his peers after he entered elementary school. Five stars!
Pleasant and warm place for my kids to feel comfortable at school. Teachers are very loving and friendly, my kids love them and never complained or cried a single day for going to school. My son learnt a lot of good manners at school.
A year ago, we were looking for a preschool for our kid. We asked our co-workers for recommendation. One coworker had her 2 kids go to Ahwatukee Foothill Montessori (AFM) 20 years ago, one coworker had his 3 kids go to AFM 15 years ago. One coworker had his 3 kids go to AFM 10 years ago. All of them believed AFM gave their kids a strong foundation and taught them good manner. So we went to check it out. When AFM opened its 2nd location in Chandler close to our work, we knew we had to sign up fast. It’s been a year. We are so happy that he is going here. All teachers are caring and knowledgeable. Curriculum is challenging yet fun. There are many activities to teach one concept. Kids get to advance at their own pace. There are Spanish and Art classes. There are weekly emails from the head teacher to parents about classroom activities. Parents can easily talk to teachers after school. There is a nice playground. AFM Chandler is a great environment for our kid.
