Great place it’s nice because you can just buy replacement parts vs buying a new vacuum cleaner just because a part breaks. Also for buying new from here you can buy a quality vacuum that will last for many years to come Unlike the junk you get at Walmart.
I brought my steam cleaner into Total Vac II in Chambersburg this week because the plastic suction area on my steam cleaner had a piece broken off. He gave me the option of putting on a used part or ordering a new part. I went with the used part and it only cost me 20.00 for the whole repair, (parts and labor). He said it didn't take long to repair and I really appreciate his honesty and fairness. I will definitely bring my floor cleaners there again if they need repaired in the future.
