My parents used CBPM real estate when we first moved to portlaoise. Basically it was as they asked what kind of house we were looking for, in or out of town, what we needed in the house and our budget. We made one trip down from newbridge to see two house's. We fell in love with the first one and it was under budget and sale went through very quickly. You can't go wrong with CBPM. Highly recommended!!!
