Friendly, personable owner and great customer service. Shay was very patient with me when printing out some invites - quick to reply to my queries via email, very professional, excellent value for money and would 100% reccommend. Alongside printing services, the shop stocks so many other craft and stationary products, I'll definitely be back.
Excellent customer service and understanding from the owner of Craft Stationers when I had to admit I had purchased the wrong muiltpack print cartridges for my printer recently. Although I had to buy a new multipack (as I had opened and tried 2 of the cartridges before I realised my mistake), I was given a discount as a gesture of goodwill as I am a regular customer. It's this kind personal service that makes shopping locally such a pleasure.
I have just been into the shop as I had purchased a faulty ink cartridge from them. The son Shay was so disrespectful to me. Insinuating that I had bought the wrong cartridge, to which I had to get my husband to take a picture of our printer to prove I did know which ink cartridge to buy. He then kept repeating that he purchased genuine HP ink ( a lot of times which made me start wondering the opposite ..........) of which I never denied but stated that the one I purchased was faulty, even the biggest companies produce faulty goods now and then. He said he wouldn't do anything for me, not even contact HP. Eventually he gave me the name of his supplier so that I could write to them myself. Disgusting customer service. He was so rude that I will never purchase anything from the shop again.
