Sensational restaurant with puristic interior, serving upscale Sicilian cuisine. Every dish I have tried tasted excellent and well balanced. The ingredients are fresh and mostly local. The plating is very aesthetic but not over the top, exactly as it should be. The service was perfect; patient and warm. The wine recommendations were also very successful. Probably one of the best restaurants I have tried in Sicily. No wonder why it was almost full. Sagre is a clear recommendation!

This place was simply amazing. My wife and I went on a date night and we were blown away by the food and the atmosphere. The food was upscale and delicious but the prices and portions were very reasonable. Our server was very nice and extremely friendly, helpful and informative. The service here was probably the best we have had while in Italy. My wife had the octopus and it was the best she has ever eaten, the beef tartar was out of this world and the \ice cream\ that was on the mains was both weird and delicious. Their wine list was extensive and included A LOT of Sicilian wines both from the mountain and elsewhere. We cannot wait to go back.

Top experience although it wasn't busy when I visited. Loved the bright simplistic chique interior. Nice wine selection with decent prices. Charming lady in service. Enjoyed the white tuna secondo piatto.
