Classic Nicaraguan fritanga. Opens a bit late, after 9pm so plan ahead. But it is very popular with the locals who line up for the carne asada. If it's after nine, you're near or in the Colonia Centroamerica, and want fritanga food, you can't go wrong with Carne Asada Lucia.
