From my initial touch point the communications team was extremely responsive, followed up nearly immediately, and was able to get the process moving quickly. After a quick consultation we were able to get install scheduled in just days (not weeks). Marc was the technician who provided our install, he provided great communication prior to arrival and followed all pandemic appropriate precautions – including masking, social distancing, shoe covers and a very clean work space throughout his time in our home. Upon completion, he took time to answer all questions relating to maintenance and management of our soft water system and more. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge and customer service provided by Indy Soft Water and look forward to being a customer moving forward.

Marc provided excellent service. He answered all questions relating to maintenance and management of our soft water and r/o systems. I inquired about placement of an additional r/o spout and he efficiently reviewed the location for feasibility quoted out pricing. In the time of this pandemic, he was courteous in approaching the house already masked, brought shoe covers, and maintained a very clean work space when doing all his work.

Jamila was very efficient and professional in installing the water softener. This is our second EcoWater System from Indy Soft Water (the first one is still in service at our previous home).
