Very slow service in the main store with some rather annoying pedantic senior staff that seem to set out with the intention of finding a reason to not sell you a product you need when they ask what you are using it for. Pharmacy a different story, always friendly and helpful and a genuine desire to provide top service.
They may say they open at 0830, don't be misled by this, you will be lucky if they are open by 0900!
Carmarthen store nicely laid out, staff really helpful. The pharmacy busy, to be expected. Meleri the pharmacist was terrific, spent time with us, gave very good advice and enjoyed a laugh! A credit to Boots! Thank you Meleri
One of the larger Boots store which has the standard layout and products. Always well merchandised, clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant, helpful and professional. My wife and I use the store on a regular basis, mainly for click and collect. Although usually during the week and a quiet there is always customers waiting for service at the tills. It would be nice if further tills were manned when required.
