I went on my first ever Yoga retreat at Eagles Rock and could not have made a better choice. The warm welcome we received and the quality of the teaching made it a complete experience. Martina is not only an excellent teacher but also an excellent cook! As a home baker myself, I really enjoyed her alternative baking and will try some of her recipes for sure. Stuart is a lovely host who knows how to make everyone at ease. I had been to Dundalk before but had never been to the Cooley Mountains area, which is absolutely breathtaking. The only downside was that 2 days was not enough... I would have stayed there for an entire week! Well done again to both of you and thank you !

Wonderful weekend, Martina is an amazing teacher for all levels, deeply knowledgable and wholly committed. Wonderful food, stunning landscape, and transformative instruction, all generating a deep sense of calm and tranquility. Really enjoyed the hiking and all the classes - I came back a better person, can't recommend it highly enough.
Best decision I’ve made all year, great yoga by a brilliant teacher, fantastic hikes and vegetarian food to die for. Just the perfect way to reset for the new year. Dianne Shaw
I spent a wonderful weekend in Eagles Rock Retreat Centre. It is nestled in a beautiful valley in the Cooley mountains and the views all around are stunning. Martina and Stuart are fabulous hosts and the serve delicious homemade food. Looking forward to going back there soon.
Great yoga weekend. Beautiful location close to Dundalk. Lovely comfortable and scenic studio and great yoga classes. Accommodation and food excellent, the hosts did everything to ensure we had a good weekend.
Felt at home in yoga retreat hosted by Stuart and Martina. Great food, guided meditational walks, yoga and sometimes even ice baths. Just a look from any window of the house, Eagle's Rock brings peace and healing to your soul.. Will be back for more
Wonderful teacher. Fabulous venue.So lucky to be able to go to class here each week. One visit here and your life will change. It's a must .
