Calling from South Africa and no one ever answers. My query can only be resolved by my branch. Tsk Tsk...
They have one mortgage advisor that only works every other weekend and takes a maximum of 3 people per day. How do you ever get to see someone. Very lazy and unhelpful once you do manage to get somewhere.
