The negative: Sent me an email saying my order had been despatched in full then 24 hours later sent me another email saying one of the items was unavailable and therefore refunded. The item was showing as having one left on the website at this point. The Positive: Once despatched my order arrived promptly and was packaged in such a way that all items were well protected and arrived in perfect condition. Products all have a good date and so far they taste great!

I haven't been into the actual store - I placed my order online, but when I am allowed to see family in Wales I am definitely going to visit this store! So pleased with the service received from ordering online. Such a fantastic variety of American treats at a very reasonable price. Everything I ordered arrived packaged very well with fragile biscuits and cakes wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them in transit. I am 100% going to place another order with this site once I have devoured my first lot of goodies! Thanks Sugar Box!
Great company with lovely sweet at good prices
Really appreciate this store! I'm glad there's a place you can easily purchase American drinks and treats. This place just has it lurking at your fingertips! There's a range of chocolate, spreads, sweets, candy, lollipops and much more! The prices are a little on the expensive side, however if you ever want to treat yourself, you should definitely come here and try out new things. Or if you're visiting, you should certainly check it out. My favourite part about the store is the Jolly Rancher Slushies. Definitely recommend getting the large for 2.99 and mixing blue and red. The staff has always been nice. However, have experienced sometimes staff were on their phones or didn't give me a great experience such as a welcoming gesture or smile. However, I completely understand. I'm an open minded person, maybe they were having a tough day. Definitely recommend this store.
The place has a good atmosphere. I live for the jolly rancher slushies!the sweets that are I. There are delicious and I love the idea of having american sweets close to home.
