We have recently moved into our new home after a long and complicated moving process spanning 11 months during lockdown. There were a number of complications outside everyone’s control but Hentons were fantastic. Rhys was supportive, proactive and efficient. Absolutely excellent service from Hentons. Would 100% recommend for buying and selling. Have recently purchased with Hentons and cannot explain how professional the service was from Rhys. Having much experience of buying and selling properties, Hentons stands out amongst the rest for quality of service, speed and professionalism. From the first day we spoke to Rhys to the day we picked up the keys we knew he was acting in the best interests of both the vendor and the purchaser. We had an absolute nightmare with the estate agents we were selling our property with, however this stress was completely alleviated by Rhys and the way the onward purchase was managed.
