For any one wanting to work for capital car park control be sure it’s a contract not cash in hand and always sign a contract, I worked for this dodgy company. They owe me my wages. They sacked me because i questions their honesty, i was told if there is no signage around the car, to take picture of any one in the car park. Even though they know it was wrong and not honest, they would replace a few days later, I had to break shutters or entrances so they didn’t close so more people could go into car parks to fine them. Some days i was told not to leave physical tickets on the cars so the owners didn’t know got a fine so they can get details from DVLA. Some days I will have to take down signs and wait for enough people to park and then put up sign and take pictures of cars. When people permit expires I am send to each location everyday many time to catch people out because they know people will forget, they don’t care if is your property you get ticket. They sell each persons details to other people for profit, I have seen my self this they wait for people to put their email address and phone numbers when appealing, So if people have been getting junk email or texts or calls after getting tickets is probably why. Telephone numbers and email makes them more money. I told them all of this was wrong and is why He sack me with out pay and say I am an immigrant with no rights and i can’t prove i worked for them. I apologise for my part in this but I not know I upset good people. People at Conal Court SW16 6LN, Linley Court SM1 (your residents only sign is your proof to overturn ticket in court), Vista Building SE18, Mabel Crout Court SE9, Lithos Estate NW3 check with council if they can operate.Do not let this people control your car park. these people are criminal scum they hope on you being afraid to go to court and pay them. I wouldn’t even rate them a zero, I am the owner of the flat and got a ticket !!!! There’s no clause in the lease for these scammers. had an argument with the guy and told him I will be asking the building management to get the fine cancelled , and the scammer said that “they don’t care they get the money aswell and won’t do nothing, you have no rights” what a rude individual. Looks like I’ll be taking more than one company to court!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY IF YOUR A BUSINESS.
Very poor customer service, impossible to win appeal, even if you have covered fully your parking time, only interested in making money creating own parking rules. I would recommend to use them not to clients , not to customers. They are completely not interested in any of your explanations.
Disgusting company. Only out to make a quick buck. If you're a commercial business that are looking for private parking enforcement avoid them. Horrific customer service, even after proving my eligibility to park where I was parked it is impossible to win the appeal. Disgusting company, avoid at all costs.
Avoid this company at all costs. They are cowboys that fine to make money. They even fined residents in their own car park space with all the evidence and support from the concierge and building management company. Hope they go out of business soon!
