I’m really annoyed to see the rude comments above, I have been attending this health centre for over 30 years. Having once been a practice secretary for a group practice of GPs in London, I have experience of both sides. Everyone has their off days but I have never been treated badly at this health centre. From reception and secretarial staff through to nurses and GPs I can hand on heart say that this is a professional, compassionate, family practice whose care is second to none. I have sat in the waiting room and seen very rude and offensive patients. It’s just a shame the staff don’t have the opportunity to rate their patients too. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. If you don’t like it you are at liberty to go somewhere else. They are busy enough as it is without such rudeness.

Genuinely awful system... You have to call up on the morning you want the appointment, which means you're on hold for ages every time with no guarantee of an appointment, then when you get to the medical centre you end up waiting for ages anyway.

A very good medical centre, easy to get an appointment if you book in advance, and the online service is excellent. Fantastic location for students or staff, and the facilities are excellent and good quality. Doctors are excellent and clearly know their stuff. Receptionists can be a bit short and they don't exactly bend over backwards to help, but their processes are simple enough that a bit of common sense is all you need to work things out yourself if there are any problems.

Awful queuing system via phone. In this day and age, should be able to do all of this online rather than calling and sitting in a queue for up to 30 minutes. Sometimes the receptionist will accidentally hang up then you’re stuck queuing again. Some receptionists (not all) have a bad attitude and can be extremely rude, abrupt or not at all helpful. The doctors are great though. I thoroughly recommend the clinic for the drs but hopefully queuing system can be updated.

Friendly and professional staff. I was able to book a blood test and B12 injection within 1-2days of calling, the receptionist was very polite and empathetic over the phone and the doctor who took my bloods didn’t cause any pain. Had a student nurse give my B12 injection who wasn’t nervous when doing it; very good to see the practise helping student nurses train! Would be 5 stars but the phone line desperately needs a better queuing system as had to constantly call back until I got through in morning
