This is a difficult one, just been to the store, very good service. Like the staff, not had a problem. Placed an order online 3-4 weeks ago and what a shambles! They sent a currier with a package in a plastic bag that was the size of a walnut, the item was also 1 of of 12 items that needed to be delivered! Ridiculous as the item value was less than the cost of the delivery, a total waste of plastic and delivery! Called their office, they scrapped the delivery charge and I thought they were cancelling the order. Guess what, 3 days later 2 more items came in another plastic bag, again value only just more than the delivery! Same thing, contacted office, dropped charge and guess what happened next? 3 days later another part of the delivery arrived. Still not the full delivery, this time in a brown paper bag though! I've already bought the missing items after the first delivery mistake so was thinking of sending it all back but then it's another delivery. Not good for the environment. The worst bit is, the website said everything was in stock, clearly not true
