had my hip replaced at the Chaucer and i can not fault any of the staff/ dept, all needs quickly catered for, operation done very smoothly and efficiently, my pain level was no where near as i expected and medication given to deal with any. food was lovely and the catering staff very friendly and helpful, i can not praise the ward staff, cornwallis, enough they were faultless and deserve a rise, thank you so much

The Chaucer is such an wonderful hospital, from reception through to the nurses. I felt so well cared for, especially at this time with Covid worries. I can’t thank you all enough for the care and compassion you gave me.

Mr Davison is a fantastic asset for this hospital. He is an amazing surgeon, a credit to his profession. He goes above and beyond and he is so naturally caring and desires to do the very best for his patients. It is wonderful to have met this man and I am so grateful for what he has done for me and my family over the years.

Clean. Efficient. Polite. Helpful. Informative. Unbelievable maybe but travel vaccinations are cheaper than at my NHS medical centre. There's no wait. No hassle, no queue, staff know answers to every question. Very impressed

Having previously been treated very well before and after my op I decided to return to this hospital for further treatment on another matter. I have to say the imaging department let me down. After my consultation I Received my appointment date, was given appointment card and left. Unfortunately for me the receptionist had not booked me the appointment! It is upsetting enough to be in pain and uncomfortable only to find you have to wait longer for an appointment to ascertain the problem because staff have neglected to follow through with their role. Chaucer staff need to be more aware and customer focused.
