Wonderful treck thhrough the woods of monte buciero connecting directly with the town of Santoña. The final stairs are physically demanding and very steep not for the faint of heart. However it makes the hike all the more rewarding. The views you get in parts of the hike and at the lighthouse itself are amazing. I would not recommend the last leg of the trip (steps basically) for children under 8 years or dogs. Note that this gets really really crowded in the summer. The lighthouse is a beat run down with some graffitti paintings and smell of urine. Youngsters jump off the lighthouse cliff into the water, probably a 10 meter dive.

One of my favorite places in the world, I come back there every year
Absolutely nice place to visit, swimming here is another experience, It takes around 150 minutes to walk there and return. It worth it for sure the views
Nice hike in mostly shade woods and down 760 steep steps to a special wee place.
Lovely place. I loved being there. You do need a bit of time to get there. It took us about 2 hours. Amazing views
